How long will it take for my order to be processed?
You will recieve a confirmation email after you have made your order. It will take approximately 1-2 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
How long does shipping take?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
UK Standard Delivery FREE: all UK Standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class – estimated 2-5 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery: all UK Next Day orders will be shipped via Royal Mail TRACKED 24, and must be ordered before 12pm to be eligible for Next Day Delivery. (Orders made Saturday/Sunday will be shipped Monday via Next Day Delivery)
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING VIA ROYAL MAIL IS NOW TAKING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1-14 WORKING DAYS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All international orders will be sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed. International shipping is expected to take around 2 weeks but this may vary. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to look into any possible import duties, taxes or charges prior to purchasing. Any such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for further information.
Once the package leaves UK soil, Royal Mail does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, please contact your local post office or carrier to organise delivery.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns, as long as the item is returned in the same condition. However, the customer is liable to pay for the return postage. Please read through the product description thoroughly before purchasing an item. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
My product is damaged, what can I do?
If your product arrives damaged please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you recieve your item. Make sure you attach an image of the damaged item to the email. Please note emails regarding damage must be sent within 2 days of you recieving the item.
Can I make a change to my order or shipping address?
Please make sure you check all of your information before you confirm your order. However if you do notice a mistake, please get in touch with us straight away and we will do our best to amend your order if possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Please be sure of your purchase before it is made. However, if you do wish to cancel your order please send an email to email@example.com with your name, address and order number immediately. Please note cancellation is not guarenteed as your order may have already been processed. Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If I make a pre-order, can it be cancelled?
Yes, all pre-orders can be cancelled as long as they are cancelled before stock is recieved & shipped. If you do wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and order number immediately. Your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
*PLEASE NOTE; any 2021 Purposeful Life Planner that is purchased with a free Draw Near Journal can be cancelled. However, upon cancellation, you will be changed for the journal itself. Therefore, you will only be refunded the difference rather than the total price of the planner.
