Using this website

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing

We try to show our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens, and paper and print vary slightly between batches.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time before you order. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of a genuine error, we will contact you before dispatching, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you begins when we email to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Intellectual property

"Living A Purposeful Life®" is a registered trademark. All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and the contents of our planners, journals and downloadable resources, belongs to Purposeful Daughters and is protected by copyright.

You are welcome to use what you buy for your own personal use, and to share our free resources with a friend. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or make derivative works from our products or content, or use our name or trademark, without our written permission.

Our free resources

Our free guides and blog content are offered for encouragement and personal study. They are not a substitute for pastoral care, counselling, or professional medical or mental health advice.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the items in question.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, including postal delays, industrial action, or customs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
