Changing your mind
If you have bought something and changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.
To start a return, email purposefuldaughters@gmail.com with your order number and let us know what you are returning. You do not need to give a reason.
The condition it comes back in
Please return items unused and in the condition you received them, with any packaging. You are welcome to open a planner or journal and look through it, in the same way you would in a shop. If an item comes back showing more handling than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return postage
If you are returning something because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, because we cannot refund an item that does not reach us.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay. Send us a photograph before you post it and we will sort it out.
Your refund
Once your return arrives we will refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used. That includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade.
If something is wrong with your order
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you have 30 days to reject it and ask for a full refund. After 30 days we will offer a repair or a replacement first. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
What cannot be returned
- Personalised or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty.
- Digital downloads, once the download has started and you have agreed to begin straight away.
- Gift cards.
Parcels that do not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 25 working days for international orders, please get in touch and we will chase it with Royal Mail or send a replacement.
