Where we ship

We post worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. During busy periods, particularly November and December, dispatch can take a little longer, and we will say so on the website if that happens.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going, so a single sticker sheet does not cost the same to post as a planner. You will always see the exact cost before you pay.

How long it takes

  • United Kingdom, standard: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom, express: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
  • Europe: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 working days after dispatch

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day you order, and they are not guaranteed. Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until it is well past its expected delivery date.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees. These are set by the destination country, they are not included in what you pay us, and they are the customer's responsibility. Since the UK left the European Union this applies to European orders as well. We cannot predict these charges or refund them. If a parcel is returned to us because charges were not paid, we can refund the goods but not the postage.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will happily send it again once postage has been covered.

Christmas

We publish last posting dates on the website each December. Orders placed after those dates will still be sent, but we cannot promise they will arrive before Christmas.
